Jerky Recipes?

Anybody have any good recipes for jerky that can be done in a regular oven? Is this even possible? Can it be done with different types of meat besides sirloin?

Academy has a product that I really like. It's by the BBQ's and it is in a triangular box/bag. Cabela's sells it as well. There might be "mountain" in the name. You mix two dry ingredients together, wrap in plastic, and marinate overnight in the fridge. You then lightly bake in the oven and it comes out like the kind of jerky that has a hole drilled in it to accomodate the string that allows it to hang on the counter of a rural convenience store. Mesquite, Hickory and a few other flavors are available. Check out Cabela's and you can get it there.

I live in NYC, so I have access to neither of those stores, plus nothing like them either.
