Jeep A/C

Only one vent in my Jeep blows enough to where I feel the A/C. And that one is located closest to me on the right hand side by the steering wheel. The one on the left side of the steering wheel, the passenger's left and right vents hardly blow at all.

Any ideas?

Several possible causes: I assume you opened the indvidual vent flap knobs if your car has them.
Then there could be something closing down most of the vent system, and the one is the easiest path for the air, or there could be more than one problem.
There could be some debris clogging the blower motor, you might have to lower it out of its housing and see if a piece of paper or bunch of leaves are in there.
The flaps that open when you engage the controls can get warped over the years from heat and stick partway open.
Some cars have little motors which open those flaps, and they can go bad.
Field mice build nests in the duct system if you live out in the country.
If you are really lucky, the ducts could just be disconnected from each other. Look under the dash and see if there are some plastic ducts you can reach. Sometimes someone kicks one loose accidentally and you can just shove the two pieces back together.

Yeah, some cabin air filters require the glove box be removed and even more parts, to get at the thing.
But it is in there for the same reason houses have air filters-to keep dirt, grass, tree leaves, pollen, allergens, etc. from clogging up the evaporator core. Cars without filters gradually get clogged up in there and don't flow as well. It seems like it is low on refrigerant, but really is just stuffed with oak tree droppings and leaves. Then you get all the water condensing in there, and can create nasty musty odors, allergy problems, or poor A/C performance.
Cabin A/C filters are a good thing, and they should have been in cars 30 years ago.
Change it every 30k-it will be dirty by then.
