Worst shooting point guard in basketball who shoots almost as much as Steve Nash.

The assists are nice but he is a pathetic bricklayer which would be fine if he only realized it. Plus his assist to turnover ratio is extremely average.

He is past his prime in a big way and has been for a couple of years.

This deal would be historically bad for Dallas.

Uhh Mark Cuban may look like an idiot with that $10 Super Cuts discount hair cut, but he is a better business man than that. Whoever broke this story has either a wild imagination or is playing with less than a full deck. While they're at it the Mavs trade Dirk for Nazr Mohammed and the Bobcats front office staff.

me hopes you're right P Town. While I always assume that intelligence will rule the day, you have to hope that someone like Cuban doesn't temporarily develop a loose screw upstairs.

I really think the Mavs top to bottom have the best lineup in the entire NBA.
Their glaring weakness is a player that can score in the low post. The only problem is that their are only about 10 guys in the entire league that are really elite low post scorers....those guys are not easy to come by.

I really dont see how giving up half the role players to get Jason kidd makes them a better team.
