This guy has quietly made a comeback over the past 8 or 9 years.
He's been hilarious in everything I have seen him in lately. Never thought I'd see him again after Hogan's Family went off the air, but he has made a transition somehow.

i first took notice of his comeback in that Cameron Diaz movie, "The Sweetest Thing." He only had a couple of scenes, but he was hilarious.The Link

And then, in case you thought that might be a fluke, his role as Pepper Brooks was the absolutely best thing about Dodgeball. He saved that movie.

He was possibly the funniest part in Dodgeball. Definitely been good in a lot of stuff of late.

He has great comedic timing but he's a versatile actor that can play dramatic roles as well. I thought he did well in "The Kingdom" and the offbeat "Juno". Definitely glad he made a comeback and he stole the show in Dodge Ball. lol They have an Arrested Development movie coming out next year. This should be fun. lol

I assume you're talking about Adam Carolla?
Did he mention Bateman recently?

I just mentioned him because I picked up the entire season one of the Arrested Development in the book sale at my library for 4 dollars last week.
Great investment.

I think he's great and I agree that he is a pretty versatile actor. Perfect as the irresponsible duty shirking husband/father to be in "Juno".
