Any way we can find a spot for his dad on the staff to get him here? If not an actual coaching spot we can make up a position for him. How about Director of NFL relations? He can advise players on their NFL prospects and what they need to do to get there and join our ever increasing legion of figurehead support staff like Ken Rucker Cleve Bryant.

If Jeffcoat seriously weighs his options, he'll give UT a serious look. If, as a lot of people indicate, he's a heavy OU lean, he'll verbal pretty early to the dirt burglars. He's very good, but there are other very good defensive linemen that will like the Horns a lot more than Jeffcoat apparently does at this point. You've gotta give him a shot, but I agree with the poster above and won't get my hopes up much about him coming to Austin.

I wish some of these kids could hear how much Okie fans constantly run down the state of Texas. Their program can't exist w/o the natural resources of Texas--one would think that would temper the criticisms. Oh, the irony.
