its raining in Omaha

Sitting in the truck at the Blatt the wind changed about an hour ago and its raining over the stadium now.

just saw the radar--the first wave of storms should be moving through soon, but another batch could be headed that way in the next hour or so

According to local radio. Tarp still on the field the game will start 80min after the tarp is taken off the surface. There was a lightning strike a few min ago so that is an automatic 45 min delay per NCAA rules

Looks like we'll get to play ball soon. The radar is looking much better. Everything is off to the east with a couple small cells of to the west.

Thank God we could get the game in yesterday. I was terrified LSU might get an extra day to rest its pitchers.
