that the Big 12 is one of the top two conferences in the country despite the Nebraska, Colorado, and A&M programs being down relative to their historical/expected standing. If these three programs ever rebound, this conference could be scary tough.
NU and CU are building back and are at least capable of upsetting the top teams (CU defeated OU last season). Aggy may lose six conference games this year.
You are right about CU and NU, but not a&m. a&m has not been historically really good except for the decade of the 80s when they were cheating. They were respectable in the 90s in the aftermath, but they really don't have any great football tradition. Baylor has about as much history and tradition of good football as a&m does.
