It was my fault

My friend and I were playing board games and planned to finish up in time to catch the 4th quarter of the game. We got so into the game we were playing and suddenly we were like "Oh crap, the Spurs' game's probably almost over", so we rushed inside and turned on the TV. It was 81-81 and about 2 seconds after we turn it on, Parker commits a turnover and the Lakers go down and score, and we hear them say "That's the first lead of the game for L.A.", and we thought "Uh, maybe we should turn it back off"

Unfortunately, we didn't. The Spurs were ahead or tied the whole game until we turned the TV on, and then they never led again. Now I'm worried if I should watch game 2 or not.
