IT Financial Services Manager

Manager of Financial Services. The client is looking for someone with supervisory skills that knows accounting and IT. They probably came up with an accounting background and now are in IT. They will manage 5 Business Analysts that deal with programmers. The BA's act as a liason between IT/Acct. This person will support the business unit. Ensure IT delivery is managed with transparency (clear service definition, SLA, cost recharges, service reviews and monitoring metrics). Manage expense budget. Perform supervisory administrative duties such as performance and compensation reviews, vaction management, staff planning, headcount analysis, employee development.

Musts: account/IT background, 2 years of supervisory skills
Nice: strong accounting background
