Coming in this person will be doing risk assessment for IT. No direct reports to begin with. They have a huge Oracle ERP implementation project going on right now and this person will be designing the audit procedures and work for this project. This person will also do SOX work and Audits based on risk assessment of the ERP project. They are looking for someone with at least 5 yrs. experience, Big 4 is not necessary, CISA preferred and the most important thing is good communication skills and someone that can be all things to all people. A show stopper would be someone who came from a systems side role in their past dealing with ERP or someone who had done lots of Audits on the ERP side.
Musts: 5 yrs. audit experience and ready to be or already a manager; SOX exp.; Good political and interpersonal skills; great communication
Nice: CISA; ERP systems or Audit experience.
