They were already short-handed, they only used 8 players in the game against Texas.

She transferred to Minnesota, I heard part of a podcast with Billy Fenley(sp?) Jr., and he didn't hold back, he basically said he thinks she transferred because she lost her starting spot to a freshman and that he thinks the team chemistry will be better without her.

Actually, it was kind of obvious. She didn't get the start on Saturday, then sent the text to the coach on Sunday, wanting to meet the following morning. It was the fourth time this season the freshman had started in front of her. On the one hand it's almost impossible to believe a player would transfer simply because they were replaced as a starter, and not even permanently, just a game here and there. Then again, I guess we forget how fragile some of these player's egos are. If that really was her problem, then I agree with the coach, good riddance.
