Is this the Tallest class you can remember?

So far, it seems like nearly every one of the 2013 recruits is 6'4", 6'5, 6'6" etc..... They also seem to be insanely explosive athletes. Is this going to be Mack's tallest class ever?

It's the tallest, as well as heaviest I can recall - and not just at Texas.

A few of these guys are really good basketball players for their respective high schools. RSJ averages like 32 points a game.

What are the chances any of them decide to play some roundball for Texas like that Kansas TE does at KU.

Of course hopefully they would be a better basketball player than that guy.

Might take the NFL combine to find out actual heights. That was where we finally learned that Ulatoski was 6'4" rather than his officially listed freshman height of 6'8".

I always felt sorry for the guy, shrinking 4 inches in such a short time.

IOW, take that tall guy stuff in the spirit it is given...exaggeration.

yeah, just go ahead and subtract 2 inches from everybody listed over 6'2", then tell us if it's the tallest ever.

Maybe not the heaviest....William Winston and Terrance Young were both around 340 when we recruited them the same year outta high school...and both were 6'6' or 6'7"...don't even wanna look up the rest of that class but I suspect the weight thing aint even gonna be close

Yes, this is the tallest class I can remember with exceptional height at wide receiver and quarterback.

I guess my enthusiasm for class height is tempered by the fact that three of our five shortest recruits from the latest class to take the field -- Quandre Diggs, Malcom(b) Brown and Jax(s)on Shipley -- have already proven to be exceptional D1 football players.

Don't much care how tall they are, just how tall they play. I'd love my RBs to play up to the bar set by Barry Sanders and Earl. How tall is that?

I guess they aren't as beefy overall as I thought they were, but they still have some growing to do.
