and clicked Schedule and it says the Rice game is at noon and Colorado is at 1pm.

Is this correct?

According to MBTF, both games are still TBA.

Times are not correct. Looks like they've defaulted to a noon kickoff for games whose actual times are yet to be determined. Noon Central is 1PM Eastern. The Colorado game would be in the Mountain time zone and a noon start there would be 2PM Eastern.
