Is Texas #1 in big12?

I believe Texas has won 5 Big 12 regular season titles ('02, '04, '06, '07, '09), which would be the most of all Big 12 teams. The Horns have won 75 regular season conference titles in baseball overall.
 
Nebraska has one more conference tourney championships than the Horns, but we have the most regular season championships.
 
Nebraska and Texas are tied with 4 tournament titles each, actually. The Huskers won it in '99, '00, '01, and '05. Texas won it in '02, '03, '08, and '09. OU, Tech, Okie State, Kansas, and A&M have all won one tournament title. Baylor, Kansas State, and Missouri are the only teams who have never won the tournament.
 
I believe TEXAS is tied with NU as far as tournament titles.

Here's how I would place teams as far as the Big 12 goes:

Football: 1)Oklahoma, 2)Texas(we lack the hardware)
Basketball: 1)Kansas, 2)Texas
Baseball: 1)Texas, 2)Nebraska

As you can see......this is why everybody in the Big 12 hates us. We are good across the board. We've had bad luck in football....the 2001 CU game, the KSU/A&M stuff in 2007, the rules in 2008. OU would not have won 2 titles and we would be neck and neck with OU having 4 titles and UT possibly the same or more. But as of now, it stands with OU-6 and TEXAS-2, so hopefully we'll change that soon.

It may have no bearing on why SOME people hate Texas, but it has a lot of bearing on why MOST people hate Texas.

I get that we think highly of ourselves, and that rubs a lot of people the wrong way. But at least we're not like Aggy or Notre Dame, thinking highly of ourselves with no justification for it.

I know tons of people who are Nebraska fans, and they all hate Texas with a passion because we are good at everything every year. At least among my circle of friends and acquaintances, they are the most bitter about our success of all the fan bases represented. They like to think of themselves as the class of the Big 12 with regard to athletics, and we have always been their only obstacle in that regard.

OU fans hate us because we're from Texas, and they aren't.

Aggy fans just simply refuse to acknowledge that we're better than they are. They think if they announce their superiority to themselves enough times and come up with enough conspiracy theories about everyone being out to get them, it will all someday be true. This is why, in that "Big 12 Group Therapy" joke, Aggy is the one sitting in the corner eating glue.
 
It could be a case of the Haves and Have Nots, but it may begin with having to go to school in Ames City, Manhattan, Lincoln, Lubbock, etc. Boulder, not so much, but every other place in the Big 12 sucks.

I could not possibly even imagine what it is like being a Kstate fan.
