Is Rick Perry Going to Run for POTUS?

Why do I have the feeling Rick Perry is going to run for President in either 2012 or 2016? I am starting to see him in a bunch of PR pieces. Someone please tell me I am way off.

he may run, but it won't go anywhere. not only is there a LOT of potential baggage to bring out but the country won't be so excited about another Texas governor.
