Is it wrong for me to want OU ...

Stoops is in the "we have to beat everyone by 40 points to make the BCS championship" mode. He will not allow Tech to happen again this year.

Heres to 50+ by OU and aggy misery.
 
Actually if aggy can beat OU then we dont have to hear about another frickin Sooner big XII title as OSU would have a two game lead and they dont look to lose again before Bedlam.

That said if OU is going to win I would like to see a 77-0 repeat.
 
I could easily see this happening. This is what I was talking about last week, when I said it was sad to see Tech only win by 3 at Norman. Public perception, not reality is what counts. People think because Tech only won by 3 the teams were close, when in reality, it should have easily been 14+.

Aggy could be playing for bowl eligiblity when they play us.
 
Nope….no can do. This would go against everything I ever stood for when it comes to OU. Under certain circumstances I can find myself pulling for aggy. This game would be one of them. Now make no mistake. I, like everyone else here, am taking an overly inflated amount of joy in the current meltdown that is occurring in the aggy nation. But I don't despise aggy. I tolerate them, I pity them, I laugh at them, I am amused and entertained by them while at the same time disgusted and embarrased by them, and I fart in their general direction. But OU and every last element that they are made of set the bar for what I despise. OU sucks. And I have to face the fact that I can’t have my cake and eat it too. So I will biting a hole in my lip while taking aggy in this one.
 
I'm rooting for a blow out, either way, but since OU is the only of the two capable of doing it...........................

It would be nice to see Aggy up 21-0 at half and lose 77-21
 
I've gotta pull for the Sooners in this one. Let Stoops pull one of his *******-ish "run up the score all game long" routines on the aggy. At least the Sooners are in our conference.

Personally, I don't want the aggy to win another B2 game. Let them limp out of this league, and hopefully few State of Texas teams schedule them in the future.

Isolate aggy. Choke him. Make him pay.
 
After all of the talk of playing with the "Big Boys" and whining about a network nobody can see, I'm rooting for OU to go medieval on A&M.
 
If there's ten seconds left in the fourth, the paper clips up by 85, and on agricultural's two yard line, to hell with the field goal...I want stoopsie going for the touchdown and a two point conversion. Please Sweet Baby Jesus make this happen, and damn the consequences.

I will be pulling for Stoops and Snyder to make home field statement victories agaimst the Aggies over the next two weeks.

Never discount home field advantage and BCS style points.

Given that the Sooners have one loss and are one game back in the Big 12 standings, OU will probably want style points more than usual to catch up in the Coaches' and Harris Polls.
 
I think with all the realignment crap going on, I have to pull for OU just this once. As much as it pains me to say that. Aggy defeating OU (one of the premier members of the Big XII) would validate all of their idiocy about leaving the Big XII for a better conference. Any other year, I would probably pull for aggy. And you can bet that next week, I will promptly resume pulling for Baylor against OU. But I no longer consider aggy a Texas team anymore, so it's not like I am not pulling for fellow Texans against the Okies.
 
I ALWAYS pull for an aggy loss. A debacle is even better.

I don't care who they play I want aggy to lose. I aggy plays al-qaeda I will be wearing an Ben Laden T Shirt.

I have two favorite teams Texas and whoever is playing aggy.
 
I grew up hating Barry Switzer, OU and everything they stand for. It pains me to think about pulling for them. But aggy has brought all this misery on themselves. They deserve every bite of the **** sandwich they ordered.

But if it makes you feel any better, realize that they have no chance anyway. OU is going to dooky stomp them and there's nothing that anyone can do about it.

In the famous words of aggy Clayton Williams, if it's inevitable, you'd best just sit back and enjoy it.
 
As tough as it may be, just remember the SEC SEC SEC chants as OU piles up the points. That's enough to help me get over the hump in rooting for OU.
 
I think of it as a "Can't Lose" game. I will be watching someone be miserable on the sideline. This time I hope it is A&M but either's misery out weighs one team being happy. I prefer it be be OU because they would be ho hum about a victory over aggy. While aggy would think their win is bigger then whom ever wins the Alabama vs LSU game.
 
It's wrong. Just plain wrong. The Aggies will lose despite the amount of points that OU puts on them. A loss Is a Loss and the Aggies should have another one on their record by the end of Saturday.
 
I want okie to come out in the black leather unis, and bring the whips...you know, start getting agricultural ready for their new home. Make 'em slow dance to The Blue Tango...no, wait, aggy will like that!

This game should not be played. It's like you save up for years and pay cash for a new Lexus only to see your mother-in- law go over a cliff in it. There is no winner period!

It is not wrong. yOU all shOUld cheer for Oklahoma. We're going to beat A&M badly and then probably win OUt, which will result in us being voted into the MNC game in front of teams with much more forgiveable losses than we had. Ya'll might as well just accept that as fact and go ahead and enjoy watching A&M be the next victim of OUr march to yet another tiebreaker vote championship.
