Is it tough to wire in a Sirius Satellite Radio?

We have a new(ish) car & are thinking about getting Sirius radio but did not want to listen to it wirelessly a-la iPod.
How tough is it to get it hardwired into the car radio. It has a CD player & there is a button on the stereo for tape/MD that we dont use (no tape player on it, just CD & radio).

So just wonding how tricky this would be?
