I want to use the Cin Chili recipe. I went to the store today, and I am still missing:
Jalepeno Powder
MSG

Hopefully they have that at Central market.


It also calls for Dark and medium Chili powder, but I couldn't find that.

I have never seen jalapeno powder at a store, before.

ancho chile powder is probably the "dark" chile powder. light could be several things.
