Is Hotmail crapping up on anyone else?

what the bloody hell is going on with hotmail? it's ******* up on my home computer and even ****** up on the computers on campus.

it's a lil slow for me, but it's not that bad.

i use outlook to get hotmail mail usually though.

and maybe they're upgrading the storage?
