Ipod to Mulitple computers

Can I sync up my ipod to other computers? everytime I connect to another computer it says that my ipod is connected to another version of itunes and do I want to sync to this computer? if I say yes it deletes whats on the ipod and adds whats on that computer.

This happened to my friends Ipod, I think you have to not sync your ipod to your itunes, i dont know how to do this, i know with mine, it isn't synched to my itunes so i can use it on other computers, but my friend did somethin to his and when he put his on my computer it deleted everything. you may have to start from scratch or something and re-install the software. thats the only thing i could think of.

It has been my experience that whatever computer I am working on asks me if I want to sync. Just tell it no and go to iTunes and drag the songs onto your iPod. Hope this helps.
