I did a quick search for it because I thought so too. I did not ever click on it. There is a thread of Droid v. Iphone that I found. I figure that some have not seen this yet and may find it funny.

I'm not gonna be one of those geek "the iPhone sucks and the evo is great" types, 'cause I think it's more preference than anything and both are probably great phones.

That said, I love my EVO, esp the camera.

My wife has an EVO, I have a Palm Pre with web os. No doubt the iphone is a very good phone, but there are other great phones out as well.

I wouldn't trade my HTC Hero for any of the iPhones. The thing is, the HTC phones really aren't all that different until you root them. Once you make it into a pure linux device, you have essentially umlimited freedom to do whatever you want with it. That's the beginning.

Apple does make things very simple and user friendly. This is why I actually recommended one to my mom. She already is on ATT's 'shittyass network' so there is no change for her there. She will need a simple thing.

I just like that between HTC/Android, Apple, and now HP/Palm/Web OS.... there are legit choices for whateve you need.
