Invisible Fence

We're looking into putting an invisible fence in our backyard to prevent our dogs from escaping. We do currenly have a fence, but they've recently turned into little Houdinis that can squeeze through the bars. We're looking at our options, and I was wondering what experience you've had with various types of "invisible fences".

We used to live in the Midwest where they do not believe in privacy fences. We have two high energy labs that were contained by petstop

Funny side story, the only time my dogs crossed the fence was to chase a rabbit. In our neighborhood everyone had an invisible fence and apparently the Petstop guy did well. Not only did my dogs get zapped (low voltage. static electricity) by my fence, but a half a dozen other as they tore down the street. It was like watching a pinball machine.
