I searched and didn't see a post about this movie, which really surprises me. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will let me know...
I read the book a long time ago so I thought I'd check out the movie last night- I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved the cinematography and storytelling. I also felt the character development was pretty good- especially characters like the old man (can't for the life of me remember his real name and what I've seen him in!).
I'm not a movie critic and rarely 'review' movies but I thought this was a film that is worth noting. The overall theme of truth vs. relationships vs. money (per se) made me pause for relection both during the movie and after and has me now re-evaluation my own relationship with nature coincidentally.
Has anyone else seen the movie? Thoughts?
