Nebraska is playing 4 and 5 guard lineups.

McCray is listed as a guard, though he is 6'6." The one player who is listed as a forward has been completely ineffective, averaging 1 rebound, 1 point, and 2 fouls in 9 minutes a game.

In the game against TCU, at times Nebraska had Anderson as their tallest player on the floor at 6'4."

The Horns had better be ready to shoot lots of free throws by then.

Wow, they only have 1 F listed as having played in that game, the other 9 Gs. And judging by the minutes played, NU must be substituting freely. That will result in a few extra wins against teams that are totally befuddled on how to play them, but I suspect that it will result in many more losses.

In their first game, Nebraska made 16 steals, forcing 25 turnovers by San Jose State. I'm guessing it's 40 minutes of full court press.

During SWC days in the early 1980's we (Texas) used a 6'4" leaper (Carlton Cooper) as our starting center in many games during one season... That was when Houston had Akeem, Arkansas had Joe Klein, and SMU had Koncak, all of whom were future NBA centers.
