I wish someone who is somewhat more adept than I at this Interweb thing would add Maurice's Real Pit BBQ at 129 W. Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Harker Heights, Texas 76548 (254)699-6665.

Haven't been to Cooper's or Luling City Market, but Maurice's is the best I have ever had.
