Inside Texas 2011 Top 100 -- February Update

Hey folks. We just released the February update to our 2011 Texas Top 100. Our recruiting analyst Jeff Howe was on the road all fall, catching multiple high school games each weekend, scouting in person the game performance (including multiple playoff games) of many of the 2011 prospects you'll find on the top 100 list. That's on top of all of the camp, combine, practice and 7-on-7 scouting he did earlier this year. Here's the updated list:
