Indian Restaurants/Buffets in Houston/Spring

I live in Spring and am on the search for the best Indian restaurant/buffet iin the Houston area, atleast in the northern area. What wouuld you recommend? I like it SPICY and flavorful.

The Bombay Brasserie is the only Indian Restaurant I've been to (in the Village on University) but it's freakin' awesome.

Is it a buffet? I prefer a buffet so I can pick and choose, and try a little of everything.
