In Search of Case Law- need help please

I have a large deal brewing and If I had some case law to back up my claims I think it would be sealed.
Basically, annuities ( with a few very specific exceptions noted in texas law) are not subject to the claims of debtors in any form. I am trying to find case law where this security may have been challenged.
I've been looking all over the net to no avail and would sure appreciate any help that someone could lend me.

The statutory authority is article 21.22, section 3 of the Texas Insurance Code. Cases interpreting it include In re Young, 166 BR 854; In re Scott, 193 BR 805. It is a very broad exemption and applies to most insurance contracts. It is independent of other exemptions, for example those found in Section 42 of the Property Code.

Get the black Vernon's statutes containing this section of the Insurance Code at your county law library, it will have other case references.

you should really hire a lawyer to consult on this; sounds like it could be disasterous if you screw it up.
