In need of some good gluten-free recipes

My wife has a gluten allergy so I am having to adjust me cooking habits.

Anyone have any good gluten-free recipes for me?

Mr. Norris, I just sent you a PM with one. I didn't see this post until after I sent it and am too lazy to repost it. My wife is on a gluten-free diet. There is a cookbook called The Fat Flush Cookbook. It has some decent gluten-free recipes in there. Most of the recipes suck, but with just the gluten part, you could jazz up the recipes pretty easily. The recipe I sent you is one of the few that my daughter and I also really like.

I believe Recipezaar.com has a category for gluten free but I am not sure.
