6 boneless skinless chicken breasts marinating in a puree created from the following:

juice from 3 limes
1 bunch of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
2 jalapenos
1 roma tomato
1 medium onion
drizzle of olive oil into the blender
Salt and pepper

Getting ready to throw it on the grill. The idea came from the Cilantro Jalapeño Chicken from Lupe Tortilla. Plan on throwing some pico on top and melting some jack cheese on top of that before I serve.

Anyone do a recipe like this? What should I do differently or also add? I just kind of guessed at proportions, so if you think I'm way off (and I'll find out shortly), let me know.

Just looking for suggestions.
