What method, if any, can I use to watch/listen/follow the UCLA game from Europe on my computer this weekend?

Be careful. In some parts of Europe, they're backing out of parking spaces on the wrong side of the street when they run people over.

You could try espn3.com. It will be streaming the game, but it depends on who the ISP is.
