Actually I don't even know if a valid solution exists. My naturalization certificate was damaged and I need to replace it. Any lawyers know if using a legal service to replace it will actually speed up the process? I'm in Houston.
all the forms are available on the INS site to have it replaced. Using a service will not help expedite the service. The people at INS are ******** and could care less who is doing the paperwork.
I'm not an immigration atty, but I had to do a little research on getting documents from INS this morning. My wife is, however, and immigration attorney.
but the problem is that when you contact INS they will find you , accuse you of lying about your age, and deport you. so a proxy may be warranted. good luck.
