Imani Stafford Injury

Looks like Imani will be missing the U18 games that take place later this month due to an undisclosed injury. Hopefully it's not severe! Candice Agee, a freshman at Penn St., will take Imani's place.

If Imani misses most of the upcoming season, I predict Texas will end up in the bottom half of the conference when all is said and done.

According to her twitter page, the injury is to her back and hip. Im assuming that it is related to the hip she had surgery on prior to her Sr. Year. However she does seem to be in great spirits and nothing that indicates a long healing process. Her feed also states that she is not on campus, and that she is doing her rehab in the LA area.

I believe all the girls are on break/at home right now.

She may actually have already recovered. Pictures were posted today on her twitter from both of her individual workouts in LA that included her basketball work and weight training. So after seeing that, I am a bit more relieved.
