I'd post this there...

I just moved to Austin from another state...and I'm just wondering if when you go to apply for a Texas Driver License, if you can get it immediately, or if they mail it.

you get a peice of paper immediately, and they mail the plastic in a couple of weeks. Or, if your like me, the plastic card never comes, and they say it's because the post office returned it, and you have to go get another one.
