If I killed the 'Free Credit Report' dot com guys

. . . now instead of rollin' fly and lookin' phat, my brains are splattered on the wall and my posse's gettin' shot at . . . .

F. R. E. E. that's spells FREE....CREDIT REPORT DOT COM BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love how everyone advertises as "free credit report", but they want a credit card #. Does anyone of an agency that does not require a cc to view your credit scores?

i find myself singing these damn commercials all the time. knock them off, then take out that damn comedian talking about identity theft.

You would be the basis for "A Time To Kill 2: I'm Tired of All These ************* Messages In My ************* Inbox".

Killing those dudes would get you a chip in the game. If you then took out Bob Seger (Like a Rock), John Mellencamp (This Is Our Country) , Pat Green (annoying truck commercial) & Aerosmith (annoying Chevy commercial) & any other ********** hocking cars you should immediately be presented the national medal of honor.

I actually find the freecreditreport.com commercials sorta amusing, especially the new one with the bikes. They waaaaaaaaaaay overplay them, though.

I'd like to see the Shamwow! guy permanently disappear, though.

I think the jingles are mildly entertaining and catchy, but agreed, way overplayed. And wasn't this the same trio that briefly had their own short-lived line of Applebee's commercials a few years back?

Just don't mess with the 'Dance Smack' chicks, setting up their dorm room, in the Target commercial...that's great stuff.

For the ones you mentioned, though, I would be a character witness at your trial...if it came to that.

I would vote for self defense.
You do know that enrolling in "Free Credit Report" costs you $15 a month, don't you? And that it is owned by Experian?
And there is an actual free site where you can get free credit reports by law, once a year?
This is a scam almost as bold as the Nigerian e-mail scam.

the credit report is free...when you sign up for credit monitoring which essentially means that you will be contacted if new credit is applied for in your name. you can have this service for free by contacting experian, transunion, and equifax and telling them that you want to be contacted at whatever phone number when your credit report is pulled or new credit applied for.

i believe the actual free report that you can get per year is at annualcreditreport.com. you can get one free from each service per year, so you can spread it out one every 4 months.

Yeah, madscientist is right. They only thing that they provide for free is the list of items which appear on your credit report. The score isn't free, but I think freecreditreport.com just runs one and shows it to you when you sign up for credit monitoring.

I'm with ScoPro. Someone needs to put Billy Mays out of my misery. I can't hit the mute button fast enough when one of his commercials comes on.

And yeah, go ahead and take out the FreeCreditReport.com guys while you're at it.

I read an article where the "Free Credit Report" guy is actually BELGIAN and does not even sound like that.

And IT'S TRUE!!!

Now if we could only get rid of the creepy looking Shamwow guy and that other guy that sell all kinds of ****...the guy with the beard...

Who the **** is that guy??????
