Unfortunately, it's tough to decide who the object of my affection is. It could be any one of our pitchers.

Lookin' good, Horns!

By the way, the Calallen Wildcats dropped their first game against Lake Travis on Friday night, but came back to win games 2 and 3 today. They are headed to Austin for the State Tourney.

Want to talk about heart, the Calallen pitcher for game one, lost his first game of the year Friday. However, he came back to pitch the third game today and pitched a complete game with 15K's. Calallen won 1-0.

Go 'Cat's!

AO, you know not what you speak. Chill.

GO Horns!

69, the kid pitched a full game yesterday and then a complete game today. Yes, they are only 7 innings (14 total) and he had to warm up.

What do you think I dont understand?

Let's just see how he does next week before we jump to conclusions. Sometimes pitchers are coddled too much and are capable of more than they are allowed to do.

i don't know horn69, i'm with AO; i think it's ******** to risk a kid's arm and expose him to injury b/c you want to win. no pitcher should be used like that.

If this was a long season or an every week deal, this would be bad. But if it was a one time thing so far this year, big deal.

Look, fellas, the kid has pitched 14 or 15 games this year. Because Calallen is so dominant, particularly when Z pitches, many of their games have been run rule decisions.

I would think Z will be just fine. I doubt Chapman's goal was simply to get to the tourney. He does that with regularity, and has won a few. He wouldn't take silly risks.
