I need an explaination re: myspace

1. I cannot tell you this, I don't know. But I don't think you wold benefit in any way that matters to sane people.

2. Because you would be teh suck if you did.

3. No, this post will not get you laid but it may have moved.

I have a question for you, however. What the hell were you doing surfing Craigslist's "Man Seeking Myspace Friends" section?

Seriously, you can't figure out that it's for advertising purposes? Lots of bands, movies, clubs, etc have myspace pages. Don't you think they would like to have as many "friends" as possible?

I find that the 'six degrees of separation' idea probably applies to facebook. Unlike myspace, I add someone I know on facebook and many of their friends that I don't know add me - or invite me to add them - as friends. Then many of their friends do the same and so on and so on ... Before long I could have most everyone on the planet as my online friend and hardly know any of them.

they actually have that "six degrees of separation" experiment application on facebook, but i don't allow any apps... so i dont' know how good it works. it would be really interesting to see if everyone on facebook signed up, we might find it more to be like 4 degrees.
