I Need a Place to Rent in Austin

I’m moving back ASAP! I’ve been gone for a while and hoping someone can lead me to a good place to rent (apartment, townhome, house . . . whatever). My new job is downtown so ideally would like to live close to (1) downtown (most important), (2) town lake running trails (2nd most important) and (3) Zilker Park (a distant 3rd most important). Looking for a 2 bedroom (possibly could do a 1 bedroom) and willing to spend about $1300, would like less though.

Any ideas?

statehouse and or the place next to it on soco. You could try amli-downtown, but I think they're 1500 or so, but great location.
