Mitchell and Shannon Wong.

The elder, Mitchell, did eye surgery one me when I was 2 years old and he's been my eye doctor ever since (30 years). He's regarded as one of the best around.

The office is on the west frontage road of I-35 near 38th or so.
Google them and you'll find them.

Shannon Wong performed my Lasik in January of '03. I would highly recommend him. Their main office is right across from the Austin Chronicle offices and they also have an office on Jollyville, around the Krispy Kreme.

Another vote for Shannon Wong. I've heard his dad, Mitchell, is just as good a doctor, but doesn't have as nice a personality.
