They did a "Barbecue Paradise" not to long ago. When they covered TX BBQ it started with a section from a proclamation from the Texas House of Representatives naming Lockhart the BBQ capital of TX. They cover Smitty's, Kruetz and Blacks. Damn, I wish I didn't live so far away!
