I love Chicago

I just got back from a 6 day, 5 night trip with some close friends and had a BLAST.

I love that city. It's remarkably clean for a city of its size. Overall, the people were friendly. Surprisingly friendly. Everyone raved about Austin when they found out we were from here. We even had multiple rounds purchased for us when people found out.

There's so much to do in that city. Even in 6 days, we weren't able to fit everything in. We went to a Cubs game on Saturday and had a great time. It was my first MLB game. I'm not a big baseball fan, but I definitely enjoy being in such a historical sporting venue.

I would seriously consider moving there if it weren't for the brutal winters.

The winters ******* suck.

That being said, there is a bar on every corner, hot chicks, and a bunch of **** to do.

I am going in August. I have some friends I have to visit. It is always nice to have places to crash at with built in tour guides.

Chicago is a great town. I think it's number three for me but only cause of the winters. For me it's:

1. Austin
2. San Diego
3. Chicago

There are a million things to do, the city is beautiful but the best thing is the people, they kick all kinds of midwestern sensible ***. They just seem to be a real laid back genuine sort of folk. The girls look great by the way.

I will be going for 7 or 8 days at the beginning of August. Going to Lolla and some cubs games. Any other suggestions or must-dos are welcome so please let me know.
