8th summer in a row of heading up to Nebraska for the best sporting event there is.

Truck is packed with all the tailgating essentials, our Husker friends went out Tuesday and staked a tent in our usual tailgating spot ... we're ready to roll.

I've waited 4 long years to see the Longhorns take the Rosenblatt field again. This week is going to be unreal.

I urge anyone on the fence to just get in your damn car and start driving. You won't regret it. It's something special to see Texas fans invade the CWS.

Driving halfway tonight and will roll in sometime Friday. Want to be there in time for the opening ceremonies.

I always thought that statue was of the Creighton Blue Jays after beating Long Beach State in the 1991 CWS. As it turns out one of faces on the statue is simply based on one of the players on that 1991 Creighton team and the statue is not based on any particular moment.
