One other thing they do at school sporting events is a rip off of the centuries-old Texas favorite Frito Pie. They call it a Walking Taco. It's actually pretty tasty except it gets weird when they use "barbeque" instead of taco meat.

Basically, a Walking Taco is taco meat on top of Nacho Cheese Doritos (in the bag, of course). Then they add cheese and lettuce. You can add mild picante sauce if you're feeling frisky.
