I don't wish to be the superstitious sort, but let's not get too carried away with this sort of speculation. Of course discussing a potential No.1 seed on this forum in no way impacts the team's performance on the court, but it could impact your viewing enjoyment.

I apologize if I'm being anyone's Buzz Killington. I just believe it's better to savor the moment and look forward to tomorrow while keeping expectations grounded lest you be disappointed by anything other than a No.1 seed and Final Four berth.

After all, isn't having your expectations exceeded one of the reasons why today's victory feels so good?
