I drink a glass before bed just about every night and every day I figure this is the last day, but nope still good.

I've had the opposite problem lately-- milk going bad before its expiration date. Like, 4-5 days early. Very frustrating.

I've had HEB milk routinely last a month and a half past the "sell by" date on the carton. Any time past that date, though, my wife makes me smell it and promise that it's good before she uses it.
