Welcome to your weekly "It's 7:50 pm on Monday and I hate the Big East" thread. Villanova has 8 points and we're 13 minutes into the second half. I expect this brickfest to continue. And then I expect Villanova to foul unnecessarily in the final minutes so that we miss the first 4 minutes of the real game. Ugh!! I hate the Big East!!!

Unfortunately, that's doubtful. They will put it on ESPN360. I have that open on my computer, so I am prepared for this travesty.

It could be worse. A couple of weeks ago, the first 10 minutes of the Georgetown-Notre Dame game was preempted on the Washington-area regional sports network by coverage of the press conference announcing the new Ravens head coach. If a Horns game was ever preempted for a Houston Texans press conference, there would be serious hell to pay.
