When Hamilton scored in the 8th, I let out more emotion than anytime after we won the cws in 05...that was baseball at its finest....pedro hustling, josh scoring fom 2nd on an infield hit....doesn't get any better than that

i'm watching NESN right now, the Sox homers are praising Josh and the Rangers. Class act

I've inadvertently referred to Vladimir as "Pedro" before, too.. Those of us who have watched baseball for years tend to do this, as we remember Pedro Guerrero.

I wish I had been at that game last night - it was probably still hot as hell at 9:00-10:00 but you would have forgotten how uncomfortable you were after witnessing that kind of WIN.

For me TA it was Hambone last night - he just did it all and contributed an MVP performance.... especially the steal and then scoring from 2nd on that infield hit. HUGE!!!

fwiw, Pedro G used to pal around a lot with OJ...Party buds in Fla if I recall.....i also recall a fmr co worker telling me he met Pedro G once, thought Pedro was functionally illiterate.

Other than that, the guy was a bigtime hitter in his heyday
