take the smoked chicken LEftovers from the weekend and make Smoked Chicken Enchiladas topped with green chile sauce... I'll set my plate next to anyone's on this! and yes there is a little labor involved... but rolling up some smoked chicken into tortillas with some jack cheese isn't exactly difficult considering the end result of tonguegasm...
