I will brag. This was my first trip to the ball park tonight in our season tickets (our customers usually use them). I took my 3 year old son & 1 year old daughter. He was sitting in my lap during Pence's at bat & I told him to watch because he was going to hit a HR. Then he did! Thank you Pence for making me look so good to my son and those around us.

Good story eflow.

"We" need to take this series in a bad way.

The Flubbie lineup is pretty impressive top to bottom. They dont have black holes at 3rd and C like we do. They dont have a hole anywhere in their batting order except perhaps CF (now watch Edmunds cream one tonite). All of which makes Sampson's performance even more impressive.

Soriano is 0 for 7 (or 8?) so far. He was sizzling coming in. Nice job pitchers.

Wigginton is disappointing. I see why the Mets quit him. Is it just me, or does he need to switch away from the chicken fried steak, BBQ and cheese enchillada diet for awhile? If you are going to field like that, you better be able to hit the ball. Time to start thinking of platooning this guy, if not simply cutting him.
