I'm heading out to Hudson's on the Bend on Saturday for a little bit of celebration with my girlfriend, and it will be the first time out there for the oth of us. I know I'm going to be dropping quite a bit of change, and that's no big deal, but I was wondering if anyone had any specific reccomendations?
I seem to remember a thread last year or so (which I can't find) about Hudson's and the Hot and Crunchy Trout was the only thing I can remember from that thread, but I don't remember exactly what was said about it. We've been looking over the menu online, and I know that I'm going to have a hard time making up my mind once I get out there. And trust me, I'm one of the people who can appreciate venison (I've been up to my elbows in deer guts more times than I can count), but since I've had it so many times I might want to try something really exotic, since you only live once.
Oh, and how dressy or formal is it? I was planning on wearing a sports coat, but havn't decided on a tie or not.
